How to Order

You can order items through our website, by telephone or by visiting our boutique in Corbridge.

 

Ordering online

When you place an order online, you will receive an electronic receipt of the order request from us and an email from Worldpay or Paypal to confirm your secure request to pay by card.

Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods.  All card payments are cleared by Worldpay´s secure online payment services (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland). For more information, please visit www.worldpay.com

 

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.

 

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. The Wedding Dress Company will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment for any reason,

 

Please note that the emails sent to you only confirms your intent to order and pay for your chosen goods and they do not confirm that we have or will accept your payment or order. 

 

All prices quoted are in Sterling.

Please be sure to provide the registered card billing address and telephone number. This is the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you.  Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order and/or result in our being unable to accept your order and payment.

Please note we can deliver to an alternate address.

 

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are sent in a gift envelope and a special message can be added if requested.

Gift Vouchers are sent  by recorded delivery, once dispatched items normally takes 3 -5 days however this is not a guaranteed service, if you are buying other products the normally postage charges mentioned above in the postage section will be charged .

All gift vouchers for our Corbridge boutique can be bought in multiples of £10 and a voucher for the full amount will be sent unless specified. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Tokens can be used in part and a new voucher will be sent for the remaining amount. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date originally purchased. Unfortunately we are unable to accept vouchers for online or telephone orders at this time.

 

Pricing
The Wedding Dress Company reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of the manufacturers increase in their prices.

Discounts codes can only be used one at a time and products that have already been discounted will not incur any extra discounts.

 

All prices include VAT at the standard rate.

Availability

All goods displayed on our website and in any brochures supplied by us are subject to availability. Vintage items are usually one-offs and generally not repeatable. If we are unable to complete your order of a vintage item, we may offer you an alternative or cancel that item from your order. Individual Vintage items can be ‘held’ for 24 hours – please telephone us on 01434 634444 for more details.

 

Privacy Policy

The Wedding Dress Company recognises that customers value their privacy and we therefore take our responsibilities to protect it very seriously. We confirm that the personal information requested from you either for the purpose of processing your order or for the return of information to you via email is never passed on to third parties. The Wedding Dress Company web site may contain links to a number of independent sites. Please be aware that this privacy policy does not extend to any collection of information by those sites.
